O R D E R
By Hon’ble Mr. Justice Om Prakash VII, Member (Judicial) Shri Manish Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri R.K. Srivastava holding brief of Shri S.P. Pathak, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that as per Misc. Application No.215 of 2022 moved on behalf of the respondents the grievance of the applicant has been redressed. Thus, the present OA has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the applicant did not oppose the submission raised on behalf of the respondents’ counsel.

Accordingly, the O.A. is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
