Present MA has been filed to bring on record an order dated 17.08.2020 (Annexure MA-1), stated to have been passed by the Appellate Authority. Shri Jangra, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the aforesaid order passed dated 17.08.2020, the OA has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid, MA is allowed to the extent that the order dated 17.08.2020 is taken on record.
