Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J):

The present MA has been filed by the applicant praying therein for the following reliefs:-

“ (i) That the Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to pass an order of disposal of the main OA, with direction to the respondents to grant the consequential benefits of the order dated 21.8.2020 with specified time.

(ii)

Any other relief which the Hon’ble Tribunal deem fit and proper may also be granted to the applicant.”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of the OA, the respondents have already granted the relief sought for by applicant by passing Office Order No. 365/2020-21 dated 21.08.2020 (Annexure M-1). He further submits that the respondents are not giving the benefits in view of the 365/2020-21 dated 21.08.2020. He further submits that respondents are now required to only to give effect to their order dated 21.08.2020 under reference.

Shri Gyanendra Singh, learned senior standing counsel, who appears for the respondents on advance service, accepts notice.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the applicant, The present OA is disposed of as having become infructuous. However, the respondents are directed to give effect to their own office order No. 365/20-21 dated 21.08.2020 (Annexure M-I) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks from today. Pending MA also stands disposed of, accordingly.
