Judgment

MA No. 1701/2020 has been filed by the applicant praying therein to allow the present application and to prepone the date of hearing from 10.11.2020 to any earliest possible date and hear the matter through video conferencing.
However, at the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of the OA, the applicant has been promoted to the post of ASP and thus, the present OA has become infructuous. He submits that the OA may be disposed of as having become infructuous with liberty to the applicant to make representation to the competent authority against the applicant’s surviving grievance.
In view of the aforesaid, the OA is disposed of as having become infructuous with liberty to the applicant in accordance with law. This MA as well as other pending MA also stands disposed of.
