O R D E R
Per Mr.Anand Mathur, A.M.
At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant states that the matter pertains to Rehber-e-khel and is apparently not within the jurisdiction of this Tribunal. Learned counsel for the respondents also confirms the said submission.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

In the circumstances learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to withdraw the present OA with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

The OA is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs.
