Learned counsel for the applicant has moved M.A. No 340/2022 , seeking withdrawal of the T.A. It has been stated in the said M.A. that grievance of the applicant has already been redressed by the respondents, hence he is not interested to pursue the case and wants to withdraw the T.A.

Learned counsel for respondents has no objection for the same.

Request of learned counsel for the applicant for withdrawal of instant T.A. is permitted. Accordingly, T.A. No. 3432/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn, at the request of the applicant.
