Learned Counsel for the parties present.
Learned Counsel for the applicants has filed instant M.A 870/2023, for withdrawal of C.P No. 2/2023 and OA No. 1169/2020, as the applicants are no more interested to pursue the matter. As such, prayed that the applicants may be permitted to withdraw the matter.

Heard and perused the material available on the record.
In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, the M.A 870/2023 is allowed and the applicants are permitted to withdraw C.P No. 2/2023 and OA No. 1169/2020.
Accordingly, OA No. 1169/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith C.P No. 2/2023 and other connected MA’s.
