Learned Counsel for the parties present.
Learned Counsel for the applicants filed the instant M.A No. 871/2023 for withdrawal of OA No. 538/2023 on the ground that the respondents have already redressed the grievances of the applicants and the present O.A has become infructuous. The applicants are no more interested to pursue the matter. As such, prayed that the applicants may be permitted to withdraw the matter with permission to file a fresh one if cause arises.
Mr. Bikram Deep Singh, Dy. AG, appeared for respondents.
Heard and perused the material available on the record.
In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, the M.A No. 871/2023 is allowed and OA No. 538/2023 is permitted to be withdrawn, with permission to file a fresh one, if the cause arises.
Accordingly, OA No. 538/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith all connected M.A’s.
