Hon’ble Ms. Praveen Mahajan, Member (A):-
Learned counsel for the applicants states that compliance of the order dated 21.03.2018 passed by the Tribunal has been made. Mr. Tanvir Alam, LA, department representative appeared and also stated that in compliance of the order of the Tribunal the respondents have considered various representations of the applicant and passed a reasoned and speaking order dated 21.05.2018.
In view of the above, we are satisfied with the compliance of the aforesaid order of the Tribunal. Accordingly, the CP is closed. Notices are discharged. However, the applicants are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in case any grievance still survives.
