Heard Ms. Manjushri Patra, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

At the outset, the counsel for the respondents have submitted that a First Appeal bearing First Appeal No.43 of 2018 has been filed by Union of
India against the award dated 05.04.2012 pursuant to which the claim for payment has been made by the petitioners in this writ petition. The said First
Appeal No.43 of 2018 has been filed before this Court on 16.02.2018.
The counsel for the respondents submits that since First Appeal has already been filed, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner in this writ
petition.Â
Under the facts and circumstances of this case, as the first appeal has already been filed, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner in this writ
petition.
At this stage, counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.Â
Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.Â
