By this application, the petitioners Union of India seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition as it submits that they would be moving a review application before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

Accordingly, the leave is granted as sought.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on whether such a review application would lie, and if it does, and the merit thereof.

As and when such an application is filed, the Tribunal would take a call thereon.
