1.
After some hearing, Mr. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition as he submits that he would be moving the Tribunal seeking modification / vacation of the impugned order under challenge in this writ petition, inter alia, on the ground of want of territorial jurisdiction.
2.
We have expressed no opinion either on the merits of the matter or on the aspect of jurisdiction.
3.
All aspects shall remain open to be agitated before the learned Tribunal.
4.
The writ petition is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
