Satya Poot Mehrotra and Anjani Kumar Mishra, JJ.—On oral prayer made by Sri Sundeep Agarwal holding brief for Sri Rahul Sahai, learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is granted to implead Gaon Sabha, concerned as party-respondent No. 6 in the writ petition as well as in the stay application.

After some arguments, Sri Sundeep Agarwal holding brief for Sri Rahul Sahai, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will pursue such remedy as may be available to him under law before the appropriate forum for seeking appropriate reliefs for redressal of his alleged grievances as raised in the present writ petition, and, therefore, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present writ petition, and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn "without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue such remedy as may be available to the petitioner under law before appropriate forum for seeking appropriate reliefs for redressal of his alleged grievances as raised in the writ petition.

In view of the statement made above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue such remedy as may be available to the petitioner under law before appropriate forum for seeking appropriate reliefs for redressal of his alleged grievances as raised in the present writ petition.
