Judgment
Alleging interference by the respondent police in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.6 in respect of the petitioner's patta land in Survey No.2/B, Ac.00.30 gts., situated at Kondapur Village at Palakurthi Mandal, Jangaon District, this writ petition has been filed.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions submitted that there is no interference by the respondent police in the subject land and it is further submitted that respondent No.6 has lodged two complaints i.e., 22.07.2026 and 28.07.2026 respectively against the petitioner and after due inquiry, both the complaints have been closed as 'civil in nature' on 05.08.2026 and the same has been communicated to the respondent No.6 through SMS. The allegations of interference are, thus, denied. It is further submitted that there have been three criminal cases registered against the petitioner and the investigation into the same is being conducted strictly in accordance with law.
In view of the same and as there is no complaint against the petitioner as of now in respect of the subject land, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to follow due process of law if any action is to be taken against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
