Heard Ms. Verose Sanjana, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for the official respondents. With their consent, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2026 in withholding the compensation amount for the subject land, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.232 of 2024 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Pargi and disbursing the compensation in view of the proceedings No.G/253/2026 dated 13.03.2026 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to disburse the compensation amount in respect of the land in Sy.Nos.97 and 98 of Kondaipally Village of Doma Mandal, Vikarabad District till disposal of the suit in O.S.No.232 of 2024 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Pargi.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for the official respondents submits that the respondent authorities will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2026 by giving an opportunity to the affected parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and in view of the same, requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 10.06.2026 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the unofficial respondent Nos.6 to 20, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
