Judgment
Heard Sri V.V. Narsimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the material on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
The petitioner is questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not disposing the representations of the petitioner dated 13.04.2026 and 21.07.2026 respectively, submitted in pursuance of the land acquisition notification No.65 dated 25.03.2026 vide District Collector Ranga Reddy District in File No.G1/446/2026 dated 24.03.2026, pertaining to the agricultural land bearing Sy.No.393/9, situated at Lemoor Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, admeasuring a total extent of Ac.2-12 gts.
On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition produced written instructions issued by the respondent No.2 and submits that, as per the enjoyment list in Sy.No393/9/A/1 to an extent of Ac.2-12 gts, the name of Sri Manchala Ram Chandraiah S/o. Yellaiah was entered as the eligible pattadar for payment of compensation. After publication of the Form-C Notification, the petitioner filed an objection, and the same was forwarded to the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, for enquiry and report. After receipt of the said report from the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, further action can be taken up in this matter. Moreover, the Award has not been passed for the said survey number, and therefore, requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.
In view of the submissions made by both sides, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 13.04.2026 and 21.07.2026 respectively submitted by the petitioner before passing the Award and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
