Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):

The present OA has been filed by the applicant praying therein the directions to the respondents to consider the representations dated 31.08.2020 and 12.10.2020 and further to direct the respondents to issue recommendations to the Dy. General Manager, M/s BECIL for appointment to the post of Programmer under the respondents.

The applicant has sought directions to the respondents to consider his regularisation to the post of Programmer, Programme Assistant qua instead of Gasman with all consequential benefits.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty, in accordance with law. Permission is granted. OA stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty in accordance with law. Pending MA also stands disposed of, accordingly.
