It is case of the applicant that the respondents have not released the consequential benefits to the applicant for his regularized service w.e.f 1992 whereas a junior who was regularized in 1992 has been given all the benefits.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to the applicant in accordance with law.
3.0.
Permission is granted. OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the applicant.
