Judgment
The O.A having been heard on 7 th July, 2021 through video conferencing, this Tribunal delivered the following order on the same day:
HON'BLE MR.P.MADHAVAN, JUDICIAL MEMBER Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Original Application. Permission is granted and the Original Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Applicant is permitted to make necessary representation before the Competent Authority, if he is advised to do so. No costs.
