Today, there is no request on behalf of the applicant’s counsel for adjournment. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Delay Condonation Application No. 2128/2019 and Recall Application No. 2129 of 2019 are dismissed in default for non-prosecution. All associated MAs are also disposed of. No costs.
