Today, there is no request on behalf of the applicant’s counsel for adjournment. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Delay condonation Application No.2279 of 2022 as well as Restoration Application No.2280 of 2022 are dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. No costs.
