None present for the applicant even in the revised call. Shri K.K. Ojha learned counsel for the respondents is present.

There is no request on behalf of the applicant’s counsel for adjournment. It is seen that the MA No. 1627/2024 and MA No. 1628/2024 for restoration of OA, which was dismissed in default on 11.10.2023 is pending since long and today also none appeared on behalf of the applicant to press these MAs. It is quite apparent that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter.

Accordingly, the MA No. 1627/2024 for delay condonation application in filing the restoration application and MA No. 1628/2024 for restoration of OA are dismissed in default and for want of prosecution. No costs. All associated MAs are disposed of accordingly.
