Today, there is no request on behalf of the applicant’s counsel for adjournment. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Delay Condonation Application No.944 of 2024 as well as Diary No.1144 of 2024 is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. No costs.
