Judgment
ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondent no.2.
Learned standing counsel for the respondent No.2 submitted that the revenue department has handed over the subject property, which is being claimed by the petitioner in the writ petition to the respondent No.2 - municipality, for the purpose of establishment of Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian marked. However, due process of law will be followed if any action is to be taken against the petitioner in connection with the subject property.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner in respect of house bearing No.1-128/1, to an extent of 1000 sq. yards, Sy.No.346, Nizampet Village, Bachupally Mandal, Medchal – Malkajgiri District, without following due process of law.
The miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as costs.
