Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2.

The petitioner herein claims to be the absolute owner and possessor of H.No.4-5-164 (PTI No. 1060400588) and a portion of H.No.4-5-165 (PTI No. 1060400589), admeasuring a total of 60.22 square yards with a built-up area of 180 square feet, situated at Attapur Village, GHMC Rajendranagar Circle, Ranga Reddy District on the strength of a registered Agreement of Sale-cum-General Power of Attorney bearing Document No. 5263 of 2025, dated 31.05.2025. He has also filed linked documents, namely, a registered Gift Settlement Deed bearing Document Nos. 167 and 168 of 2025, dated 06.01.2025. He is in possession of the said property. In proof of the same, he has filed electricity bill, property tax bill, etc. Even then, respondent No. 4 is trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property without following the due procedure laid down under law. Challenging the said action of respondent No. 4, the present writ petition is filed.

3.

Whereas, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.4 will follow the due procedure laid down under law before taking any action against the petitioner.

4.

In the light of the aforesaid discussion, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to follow the due procedure laid down under law before taking any action against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
