Judgment
Heard Mr. N.Abhishek, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.3 and 4; and perused the material on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in similar circumstances, the order dated 28.09.2026 was passed by this Court in W.P. No.32621 of 2026 and requested similar order may be passed in this writ petition. The said submission is not opposed by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.3 and 4.
Recording the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No.3 and 4 not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of the property bearing H.No.2-5-127 admeasuring 14.88 square yards, situated at Rachannapet, Zaheerabad, Sanga Reddy District, without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition, stand closed.
