It appears from the order dated 13.12.2022 that the applicant’s counsel himself informed the Court that the applicant has been expired before 2 months. Therefore, it may be presumed that the applicant was expired in the month of October 2022. Till today any application for substitution of LR has not been moved. Therefore, this case has been abated. Hence, the OA is dismissed as abated. All the pending MA’s, if any, will be treated as disposed of. No costs.
