O R D E R
Delivered by Hon’ble Mr. Justice B.K. Shrivastava, Member (J) Shri Jaswant Singh, counsel for the applicant is present. Shri Mahendra Prasad Mishra, counsel for the respondents is present.

It appears from the record that the applicant – Sudama Prasad has expired long back. Any substitution application has not been filed till today, therefore, the O.A. No. 939/2013 becomes automatically abated.

Accordingly, O.A. No. 939/2013 is dismissed as abated. All pending MAs, if any, shall be treated as disposed of. Registry is directed to take appropriate steps in this regard for removing the MAs.
