I.A. No. 330/2022
This is an application seeking impleadment as respondent, filed on behalf of National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘NTPC Ltd. ’). Impleadment application is not properly drafted, details and particulars of persons seeking impleadment have not been mentioned in impleadment application. However, we are not taking any technical view of the matter and allow the application.
We direct that NTPC Limited, SCOPE Complex, 7, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi be impleaded as respondent no. 11. The memo of parties shall be amended accordingly.
I.A. No. 331/2022
Shri Sanjiv Sen, Senior Advocate, appearing for Noida Authority, Shri Bhanwar Pal Singh, Advocate appearing for State of UP and Shri Pradeep Misra, Advocate appearing on behalf of UPPCB stated that copy of I.A. No. 331/2022 has not been served upon them, though they are likely to be affected in case any order is passed thereon in favour of NTPC Limited, who has been impleaded today as respondent no. 11.
Shri Chetan Sharma, Learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for NTPC Limited stated that he has already supplied copy of I.A. No. 331/2022 upon respective parties but again the same shall be supplied within three days. Let him do so.
