Judgment
Application is registered under Section 14 and Section 18 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010.
I.A. No. 144/2024 has been filed by the applicant for impleadment of Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) and Ms. Sonia, Owner /Allottee of Plot No. 436P, Sector 6, Rohtak as Respondents no. 5 and 6.
In view of the facts and circumstance and the reasons mentioned, I.A. No. 144/2024 is allowed and Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) and Ms. Sonia, Owner /Allottee of Plot No. 436P, Sector 6, Rohtak are impleaded as Respondents no. 5 and 6.
The applicant is directed to file amended memo of parties within seven days.
Prima facie the averments made in the application raise substantial questions relating to environment arising out of the implementation of the enactments specified in Schedule-I to the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010.
Let notices alongwith copies of the application and documents attached therewith be issued to respondents requiring them to file their reply/response to the averments made in the application by email at [email protected] preferably in the form of searchable PDF/OCR Support PDF and not in the form of Image PDF at least one week before the date hereby fixed.
