Judgment

Heard Mr. M. Prasanta, learned counsel appearing for the applicant; Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1 and 2 and Mr. Ng. Jotindra Luwang, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3.
The present application has been filed with the prayer for allowing impleadment of the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) through its General Manager, Imphal Area, Regional Office at Imphal, Manipur, as respondent No. 3 in the connected WP(C) No. 16 of 2024. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present impleadment application.
In view of the submission made by the counsel appearing for the parties, the present application is allowed.
Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) through its General Manager, Imphal Area, Regional Office at Imphal, Manipur, as respondent No. 3 in the cause title of the connected WP(C) No. 16 of 2024.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of.
