Judgment
Heard Mr. K.Venkatramanaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. R.Sameer Ahmed, learned Standing Counsel for HYDRAA, appearing for respondent No.2; Mr. M.Sahas Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue; and perused the material on record.
Learned Standing Counsel for GHMC submitted that the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2026 regarding encroachments made in the FTL/buffer zone and water catchment area in respect of the Plot bearing No.50, admeasuring 176.4 square yards in Survey No.297, situated at Bollaram Villlage, Jinnaram Mandal, Medak District, will be duly considered in accordance with law.
Recording the aforesaid submission, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2026 regarding encroachments made in the FTL/buffer zone and water catchment area in respect of the Plot bearing No.50, admeasuring 176.4 square yards in Survey No.297, situated at Bollaram Villlage, Jinnaram Mandal, Medak District, by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to all other concerned/interested persons, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition, stand closed.
