Judgment
Heard Mr. E. Madan Mohan Rao, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for Mr. M. Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner; and Mr. R. Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 6; and perused the material on record.
Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 6 submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2026, seeking removal of unauthorised constructions made by some third parties/encroachers upon his land in Survey No.312/part, admeasuring Acs.2-35 guntas, situated at Budwel Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, will be duly considered in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.5 - Deputy Commissioner, GHMC Circle-19, Kismathpur, Ranga Reddy District, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2026, seeking removal of unauthorised constructions made by some third parties/encroachers upon his land in Survey No.312/part, admeasuring Acs.2-35 guntas, situated at Budwel Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, by issuing notice to the petitioner and the other concerned/interested persons, and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
