Heard learned counsels for petitioners and for State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Azad Nagar PS Case No.38 of 2026, for offence registered under section 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(1), 308(3) and 351(2)/ 61 (2) of BNS, 2023 pending in court of learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant side are aganets and on spur of moment the altercation took place and injury has been received by both the sides. He also submits that allegation of assault is there and injury has been received by Md. Shoaib. He next submits that so far as these petitioners are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners.

Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations of assault are there and injury has been received by Md. Shoaib.

On perusal of the FIR it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegations and it has been pointed out that there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received the injury, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur, in connection with Azad Nagar PS Case No.38 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
