Heard learned counsels for petitioners and for State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barhi PS Case No.108 of 2026, for offence registered under section 115(2), 126(2), 79, 74, 303(2), 292, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribagh.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant are neighbour. He next submits that altercation took place while the petitioners park the vehicle at their own land.

He next submits that there are general and omnibus allegations and false allegations are made against the petitioners. He next submits that the petitioner no.1 is a student of Intermediate (Class-XII) and petitioner no.2 is pursuing his Law course and the entire family members have been made accused except the wife of one Ranjit Kumar Pandey.

Learned State counsel appearing through Video Conferencing opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of assault.

Considering that the petitioner no.1 is a student of Intermediate (Class-XII) and petitioner no.2 is pursuing his Law course and they are son and son-in-law of Ranjit Kumar Pandey, respectively and in the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it has come that the injury report has not been received as yet in the case diary and the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.10 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribagh, in connection with Barhi PS Case No.108 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
