The applicant appeared in person. He has preferred this OA which had come up earlier for hearing when the applicant sought permission to attach
some additional documents which were necessary to establish his grievance on a prima facie basis. The OA was listed for 28.01.2021.
The applicant has now preferred MA seeking amendment to certain paragraphs of the OA as already filed, as it is brought out that certain
typographical errors have crept in the OA at several places.
Matter has been heard. Since notice has not been issued on the OA as yet, the learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of the Court to
withdraw the OA, with further liberty to file a better OA for the same grievance, along with requisite documents etc, which were considered
necessary to support his grievances, along with due corrections as are sought in this MA.
In view of above, the OA No. 2014/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. OA No. 2014/2020, therefore, is not required to be
listed on 28.01.2021. No costs.
Pending MAs have become infructuous and are disposed of accordingly.
