Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation on 26.08.2026 to the respondent police and therefore, is seeking a direction to consider the same.
In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police to consider the said representation dated 26.08.2026 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
