None present for the applicant even in the revised call. Shri Himanshu Singh, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

A perusal of the order sheets shows that on the previous listed date i.e. 26.09.2022, there has been no representation on behalf of the applicant. Today, also there in no request on behalf of the applicant’s counsel for adjournment. It is quite apparent that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly OA is dismissed in non-prosecution.
