When the Original Application was taken up today, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has filed MA 361/2023 seeking leave to withdraw the Original Application with liberty to avail departmental remedies. The learned SCGSC has no objection in allowing to withdraw the Original Application.

Heard both sides. MA 361/2023 is allowed.

In the circumstance, recording the above submission, the Original Application is permitted to be withdrawn. The Original Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail departmental remedies. No costs.
