The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has filed a discharge application in appeal no.329 of 2018 seeking permission of the court to

withdraw from the proceedings. This application is supposed to have been emailed on 7th May, 2021. Put up these matters tomorrow i.e. on 11th May,

2021.

Registry to trace the email and place it on record. The counsel may also serve a copy of this application to the counsel for the respondent during the

course of the day.

Parties are directed to contact the Registrar 48 hours before the date fixed to find out as to whether the hearing would take place through video

conferencing or through physical hearing.

The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a

certified copy of this order could be issued by the registry. In these circumstances, this order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary on behalf
