Judgment
The learned counsel for the applicant / appellant Shri Anshuman Sugla states that his instruction has been withdrawn by the appellant and therefore he may be allowed to withdraw his vakalatnama. Shri. Jagadeesh Shetty on behalf of the appellant states that the instructions have been withdrawn and permission may be given to appoint another lawyer. In view of the aforesaid, the permission is given to Shri Anshuman Sugla to withdraw his vakalatnama. Registry is directed not to show his name as counsel for the applicant / appellant in future. Shri Jagadeesh Shetty is also allowed three weeks time to appoint a new advocate. List this review application on April 19, 2021.
Parties are directed to take instructions from the Registrar 48 hours before the date fixed in order to find out as to whether the matter would be taken up for hearing through video conference or through physical hearing.
The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic.
