An application has been filed by the advocate for the appellant seeking discharge from appearing as the counsel for the appellant. Even though no
reason has been given as to why he wants to withdraw his vakalatnama nonetheless we grant permission to the appellant to withdraw. The application
is allowed. The learned counsel for the appellant states that he has also intimated the client about the discharge application. The application is allowed.
No one appears on behalf of the appellant to press the restoration application. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
