ORDER
Ld. Counsel appearing for the parties are present. It is observed that the Corporate Debtor, Rolta India Limited has been admitted by this Bench vide its Order dt. 19.01.2023, passed in CP/IB/530/2020. In that view of the matter, the present Company Petition against the Corporate Debtor becomes infructuous; hence, the same is closed. However, the Financial Creditor is granted liberty to file its claim before the Interim Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor so appointed in the Company petition bearing CP/IB/ 530/2020.
