ORDER

Adv. Indrajeet Deshmukh appeared for the Resolution Professional. Counsel for the Resolution Professional submits that the Corporate Debtor namely M/s Bombay Infrastructure India Limited is admitted under CIRP vide order dated 02.08.2023 in C.P.(IB) No. 363/MB-IV/2023 by Court No. IV, Mumbai Bench.

In view of the admission of the Corporate Debtor under CIRP the present, C.P.(IB)-163(MB)/2024 does not survive hence, rendered infructuous. The applicant is at liberty to file claim before the IRP so appointed in C.P.(IB) No. 363/MB-IV/2023. With the aforesaid observations, C.P.(IB)-163MB)/2024 is closed. All the pending IA’s/MA’s in the company petition become infructuous, hence stand dismissed. File be closed and consigned to record.
