ORDER
Mr. Indrajeet Hingane, counsel appearing for the Petitioner is present through virtual hearing. The counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Corporate Debtor Company is under undergoing CIRP, vide order of admission in C.P. 680/ 2021 dated 16th December 2022 by this Bench.
In view of the admission order against the Corporate Debtor, this Petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed having become infructuous.
The Petitioner will be at liberty to file his claim before the IRP in the said CIRP.
Since the above Company Petition stands infructuous, all the pending IA’s and MA’s, if any, also stands infructuous.
