ORDER
Mr. Yudhishter Sharma, counsel appearing for the Petitioner is present through virtual hearing. The counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Corporate Debtor Company is under undergoing CIRP, vide order of admission in C.P. 530 of 2020 dated 19.01.2023 by Court No. I.
In view of the admission order against the Corporate Debtor, this Petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed having become infructuous.
The Petitioner will be at liberty to file his claim before the IRP in the said CIRP.
