O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor present.

Vide order dated 05/05/2022 passed in CP(IB)/250(KB)2021, the Corporate Debtor herein has already been admitted under the CIRP. In view of this, CP(IB)/152(KB)2022 cannot be continued. The Financial Creditor has already submitted its claim with the IRP/RP appointed in that matter. In case, there is any settlement between the parties in CP(IB)/250KB)2021, the Financial Creditor herein may make an application for revival of this petition.
