Vide order dated 13/05/2022 passed in CP(IB)/1536(KB)2019, the Corporate Debtor herein has already been admitted under the CIRP. In view of this, CP(IB)/360(KB)2021 cannot be continued. The Financial Creditor, in this petition, may file its claim before the IRP appointed in CP(IB)/1536(KB)2019. In case, there is any settlement between the parties in CP(IB)/1536(KB)2019, the Financial Creditor herein may make an application for revival of the CP(IB)/360(KB)2021.
