This Contempt Case is filed complaining willful disobedience of the respondents in complying the order dated 29.09.2022, in Writ Petition No.24736 of 2022.
This Court while allowing the Writ Petition, directed the respondent No.5 to issue No Objection Certificate for installation of Customer Petrol Bunk by the petitioner at Sy.No.391/6B/1A situated at Allavaram Village and Mandal, East Godavari District within a period of two weeks from the date of the order.
During the course of the hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent placed a copy of the proceedings issued by the respondent in R.O.C.No.01/2020 dated 09.03.2023. On perusal of the same, the respondent has issued ‘No Objection Certificate’ to establish the Petrol bunk in that subject land.
Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted that the said proceedings are communicated to him.
In view of the factual position, though there is some delay in complying the orders of this Court, this court intends to take a lenient view against the respondent. In view of the fact that the order of this Court is complied with, in the considered opinion of this Court, no further adjudication is required.
Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
