Judgment

Complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the Order dated 27.01.2020 in W.P.No.20876 of 2019, the petitioner filed the present Contempt Case.
This Court by Order dated 27.01.2020 directed respondent Nos. 2 and 3 therein to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the Order.
Sri G. Srinivasula Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, submits that in compliance of the order of this Court, the representation of the petitioner is disposed of and orders are passed on 27.03.2021 and as such, there is no contempt of Court on the part of the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner confirmed the receipt of the Order dated 27.03.2021 passed by respondent No.2.
As the order of this Court is complied with by disposing the representation of the petitioner on 27.03.2021, in the considered opinion of this Court, there is no any contempt of Court on the part of the respondents in implementing the Orders of this Court.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
